Brief development
we work closely with prospective clients to fully understand their requirements, seeking opportunities and efficiencies to develop a cohesive, clear brief.

Feasibility & concept design
our ideas are formed through careful review of the existing site or building, threading our clients brief through numerous options, testing and refining them for discussion and development.

Procurement & tender
we assist our clients in the search for suitable contractors, advising on the best procurement route for the works. We also prepare tender documentation and analyse returns to determine the offer which represents best value.

Contract Administration & site inspections
we act as contract administrator under the building contract, inspecting works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications through to completion of works.

Technical collaboration, specification, & working drawings
we work closely with clients on finishes and product requirements which inform our specification document. We coordinate other consultant material (structural engineer, services engineer, interior design, and landscape design etc) in to a comprehensive pack of construction information.

Building Regulations & Party Wall
our technical designs combine all parts of Building Regulations. We submit, engage, and liaise with approved inspectors or local authorities on our client’s behalf to ensure compliance with relevant authorities. We also work closely with party wall surveyors as required to ensure awards are achieved and our approach conforms with the agreement.

Planning applications &for Listed Building Consent
our designs are developed in consideration of local policy, with the preparation of drawings and design and access statements. We assist in the procurement and collation of specialist reports as required, submitting the documentation, and liaising with the authorities throughout the determination process.
